Tricanter systems for slop oil Recovery:
We provide onsite treatment by using our tricanter systems for slop oil recovery. Slop oil can come from a variety of sources with different qualities and compositions. These waste oils can be recycled and turned into commercially valuable products. Depending on its original composition, slop oil can be turned into:
- Oil for re-refining processes where new base oil is created.
- Oil for energy production.
- Oil for crude refining processes
Slop oils and sludge may contain various Oil (20% – 50%), water (30% – 60%) and various types of solid fines (10% – 50%) in a complex homogenous emulsified mixture.
Generate Profit from slop Oil:
Recovering the oil not only reduces the costs, but also creates a profit. How much profit will depend on the amount of recoverable oil, and the efficiency of the equipment used for the purpose.
Clean Water recovered can be reusable on site and water is a crucial part in removal of contaminants from crude oil (Desalting, steam cracking, distillation and hydrotreating).
Clean water can be also used to enhance oil recovery (Water Flooding).
